Our Rigid materials are good for both indoor and outdoor use. These can be used for a sign for your business or just a display you need inside. Continue reading to understand each material a little better.

Foamcore - is a heavy-duty poster board with a foam interior. Its core is made of polystyrene foam. This is only meant for indoor use.

Gatorboard - a type of display board with a dense inner core made of foam and a rigid exterior made of wood-fiber veneer. This exterior will not easily break or warp. This material is also meant for indoor use.

We have 4 weather resistant materials:

Coroplast also known as Corrugated plasticis a plastic resin that is extruded into lightweight sheets comprising two flat pieces with evenly distributed channels or flutes sandwiched in between. The material provides a uniquely durable and flexible structure.

Our 3mm (1/8") PVC is a white, rigid, lightweight plastic with durable and weather resistant properties. With a smooth, low-glare matte appearance, this material is great for both indoor and outdoor use. 

Styrene is similar to a plastic sheet. At this thickness, it is pretty rigid and can be used for both indoor or outdoor signage. Also, you will not need lamination to keep the material from corrosion.

DiBond is the original aluminum composite sheet, comprising two 0.3 mm thick aluminum cover layers and a polyethylene or mineral core. It is lightweight – extremely rigid and strong, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.
